This is what I just spent today on. Well, a good portion of it anyhow. At least I can watch things while doing tentacles. I need more documentaries about the ocean...

What about those huge squid, the kraken mythical ones?

Trying a shape like that next.

They are real- I remember seeing a documentary about them being somewhere with Japanese people researching it.

Hmmmmnnn... That would have to be one HELL of a kiln to fire that baby. 40 ft long? o_O

I have in the bisq a form based off of a vampire squid (which is actually neither a squid nor an Octopus, but the evolutionary base of both, theoretically.) :) The tentacles are all clay though. ^_^

I always imagined the squid/octopus combo to have a cute outcome..but you just added the word vampire.

Well maybe not 40 ft... I was thinking more about 3-4 ft tall.

I dont know what else I was thinking when I suggested it- the good ideas only come when Im eating, and currently Im not ^^;

I just wanted to say that I love the Jellies, and I do hope you continue making them. Now if only I could save up to get one :P plus have a place to display it properly without my cat killing it.
